Weekly Founder Review Ritual

A 30-minute weekly self-review for founders: the metric check, the honest progress question, next week's ONE priority, and the energy audit.

Run my weekly founder review. This week's raw material: {{week_notes}} (what happened, the numbers, what I worked on, how I feel about it).

Structure the 30 minutes: the numbers first (my 3-5 vital signs, deltas, the one that moved most and why), the honest progress question ('did the BUSINESS move, or was I just busy?' — name the one thing that actually advanced it), the avoidance check (what am I not doing because it's uncomfortable — usually sales calls or a hard conversation; it goes on next week's list first), next week's ONE priority (singular — with the calendar block that protects it), and the energy audit (what drained vs energised — pattern over weeks = org design information). Output: 5 lines in my log. Consistency beats depth — same time weekly, even mid-crisis. Especially mid-crisis.
