Strategy

Strategy on a Page

Compress your strategy onto one page: the diagnosis, the guiding policy, coherent actions, and what you're explicitly NOT doing.

Compress our strategy to one page. Raw material: {{material}} (our situation, what's changing, where we think we win, current priorities and plans).

Use the kernel structure: Diagnosis — the honest read of our situation and the critical challenge (one paragraph; if I can't name the challenge, that's the finding), Guiding policy — our approach to it (where we play, how we win, in plain words — a direction, not goals), Coherent actions — the 3-5 things we're doing that reinforce each other (test each: does it follow from the policy? do they compound?), and NOT doing — the explicit exclusions that make the strategy real (a strategy without sacrifice is a wish list). Then the coherence check: which current activity from my material doesn't fit — fund it, kill it, or admit the strategy is wrong.

Fields like {{ this }} are placeholders — replace them with your own details, or let Aria ask you for them.
