Process Bottleneck Analysis

Map a slow process end-to-end, find where time actually goes — waiting vs working — and target the constraint instead of the annoyances.

Analyse this slow process: {{process}} (steps, who does each, rough timing, where things pile up).

Work it: map each step with touch time vs wait time (the ratio is usually the story — most 2-week processes contain 4 hours of work), identify the constraint (the step everything queues behind), distinguish the constraint from the annoyances (fixing non-bottlenecks feels good and changes nothing), propose fixes for the constraint in order of cheapness (eliminate the step? batch differently? parallel? automate? add capacity — last), and predict the new bottleneck after the fix (there's always one). Quantify the win: end-to-end time before vs after.

Fields like {{ this }} are placeholders — replace them with your own details, or let Aria ask you for them.
