Position Description Writer

Write a position description that's useful beyond recruitment: purpose, accountabilities with success measures, decision rights, and relationships.

Write a position description for: {{role}} (why the role exists, what it owns, who it works with, its budget/decision authority, how we'd judge success at 12 months).

Structure: Purpose (one sentence — why this role exists; if I can't say it, the role has a design problem — flag it), Key accountabilities (5-7 outcome statements, each with its success measure — 'maintains X such that Y'), Decision rights (what they decide alone / recommend / must escalate — the section that prevents most role friction), Key relationships (internal and external, and what each needs from the role), and Capabilities (the 4-5 that matter, split must-have vs developable). Skip the exhaustive task list — accountabilities age better than tasks.

Fields like {{ this }} are placeholders — replace them with your own details, or let Aria ask you for them.
