Help Centre Article Writer

Write a help article that deflects tickets: task-titled, step-by-step with expected results, and honest about limitations — written the way customers search.

Write a help article for: {{topic}} (the task or problem, the steps, screenshots available, the related tickets we keep getting: {{ticket_examples}}).

Format: title as the customer's task in their words (mine my ticket examples for their phrasing — that's also the search term), a one-line 'what this covers', prerequisites if any, numbered steps — one action each, with 'you should now see…' checkpoints and {screenshot} slots, the troubleshooting block for the 3 ways this goes wrong (from my tickets), honest limitations ('this doesn't work when X — instead do Y'), and related-article links. Test: would this article have deflected the tickets I pasted? If not, what question do they ask that it doesn't answer?

Fields like {{ this }} are placeholders — replace them with your own details, or let Aria ask you for them.
