Customer Health Score Design

Design a customer health score from signals you actually have: usage, engagement, sentiment, and outcome markers — weighted, honest about blind spots.

Design a health score. Our situation: {{context}} (product, what churned customers looked like before churning: {{churn_patterns}}, the signals we can actually measure: {{available_signals}}).

Build: signal selection FROM MY CHURN PATTERNS (fit the score to how our customers actually leave — usage decline? champion departure? support rage? silence?), weights with reasoning, the score bands (green/amber/red) with the PLAYBOOK each triggers (a score without plays is a mood ring), the blind spots stated honestly (health scores miss the happy-but-acquired and the silent-shopper — what my signals can't see), the manual-override rule (CSM judgment beats the algorithm, but logs why — that's how the score learns), and the quarterly validation: did red accounts actually churn more? If not, reweight. Start simple: 4-5 signals beats 15.

Fields like {{ this }} are placeholders — replace them with your own details, or let Aria ask you for them.
