FAQ Writer

Build a genuinely useful FAQ from real customer questions — direct answers first, grouped by intent, with links where fuller answers live.

Write an FAQ for {{product_or_service}} from these real questions: {{questions}} (paste from support, sales calls, reviews).

Rules: answer in the first sentence, explain after. Group by intent (before buying / getting started / billing / troubleshooting). Write questions the way customers ask them, not the way we'd sanitise them ('Why was I charged twice?' not 'Billing enquiries'). Flag questions that are really product problems an FAQ shouldn't paper over. Add 3 questions customers WILL ask that I didn't list.

Fields like {{ this }} are placeholders — replace them with your own details, or let Aria ask you for them.
