Mine your actual inbox, tickets, and DMs for the FAQ that deflects them: the question clusters, the answers, and where to publish each.
Mine my real questions into an FAQ. Raw material: {{questions_dump}} (paste the questions from tickets, emails, DMs, sales calls — as asked). Process: cluster by intent (the same question in five phrasings is ONE entry — keep the most natural phrasing as the title), rank by frequency × time-cost-to-answer, write each answer: the direct answer first sentence, the detail after, the link where a fuller resource exists (or flag [needs article]), spot the two dangerous clusters — questions that signal product/process problems an FAQ shouldn't paper over (flag them for fixing), and the placement map: which entries belong on the website FAQ vs the auto-reply vs the sales-call cheat sheet vs the internal wiki. Cap the public FAQ at the 10 that matter.
Fields like {{ this }} are placeholders — replace them with your own details, or let Aria ask you for them.
