Notetaker

A meeting notetaker that works from your transcripts instead of joining your calls. Paste or upload a transcript from Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, a recording, or your own notes, and get structured minutes back: a summary, the decisions actually made, action items attributed to the people who committed to them, risks, and open questions — saved to your notes and searchable across every meeting since.

Who It's For

Executives, boards and committees, project and delivery leads, consultants, and anyone accountable for what a meeting decided

Use Cases

The Write-Up That Never Happens

Drop in the transcript straight after the call and have circulated minutes before the next meeting starts — instead of the write-up sliding to Friday and then to never.

Boards and Committees

Turn a two-hour committee discussion into minutes that separate resolutions from debate, with the record kept for the audit trail that governance requires.

Nothing Dropped Between Meetings

Every commitment leaves the meeting with a name attached, so the next agenda starts from what was actually promised rather than what people remember.

What Did We Decide Last Quarter?

Ask across your saved minutes and get the decision, the date, and who made it — from your own record, not a guess.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does it join my meetings?

No — and that is deliberate. It works from the transcript your meeting platform already produces, or from a recording or notes you supply. Nothing new sits in your calls, and no bot appears in the participant list.

Which platforms does it work with?

Any of them. Microsoft Teams and Google Meet transcripts, exported recordings, and hand-typed notes all work, because the agent reads the transcript rather than the meeting. That also means one set of notes across every platform your organisation uses.

What happens to the transcript?

It runs through the same governance as everything else on ApiSpi: PII redaction before the model sees it, your organisation's retention policy, your approved model providers only — including sovereign options — and a full audit trail. Meeting transcripts are the most sensitive text a business produces, and they are treated that way.

How accurate are the action items?

Owners are attributed only where the transcript makes the commitment clear; anything ambiguous is marked unassigned rather than guessed. The minutes are a draft for a human to confirm, not an unreviewed record.
